What to bring to your appointment:

• W2's &/or 1099's

• 1099 & Small Business Owners must bring a detailed list of expenses and deductions. Any questions about what is deductible will be answered during your appointment

• Mortgage Statements (Form 1098)

• Proof of residency for any dependents. Ex: report cards, immunization records, doctors note, or letter from landlord

• If claiming higher education credit please bring your 1098E, receipts for purchases, or bank statements showing valid transactions

• CA residents must provide proof of healthcare coverage. If you had health coverage through Covered CA please bring form 1095-A

• For all deductions please bring your completed Deduction List
